Edward Reiher
キーマスターA word on conduct within the Guild Hall.
What I’m about to say isn’t glamorous, but it’s necessary for a community that brings together people from every corner of the world.
Be kind to one another. We’re going to have Jammers from different cultures, beliefs, backgrounds, and experiences. The old rule still applies:
Treat others as you would want to be treated. This Guild is meant to be a global meeting place — a space for learning, creativity, and connection. There is no room here for hatred, bullying, or dehumanizing behavior. Disagreement is normal. Conflict happens. But cruelty is not something we will ever allow to take root.
And let me be absolutely clear:
Decency does not mean agreement.
You don’t have to share someone’s views. You don’t have to adopt their beliefs. You simply have to respect their humanity enough to step back when you can’t find common ground.Let people live their lives.
Let them hold their own thoughts.
Let them speak without fear of being attacked. If we can all honor that, this Guild will be something beautiful — a place where people remain themselves and are treated with dignity regardless of their views, religion, or beliefs.
But if someone chooses to act in a way that violates these basic expectations of civility, they will be removed. Not as punishment, but as protection for the community we’re building together.
If you can uphold this standard, you are welcome here.
If not, this is not the place for you.-
